Its bin a while since i shared updates but thats because i was busy with some really cool stuff.
Next to beeing in the Fusix Networks Podcast , i was also busy with upgrading major parts of the platform.
Thanks to EMXcore im now running an Arista DCS7280SE-64 switch as primary core for all connections.
Next to the switch upgrade, I also replaced the server/router processing the data which is now a hefty PowerEdge R640, 2x Intel Xeon 4110, 256G of ram and 6x10G SFP’s.
To top it all off – i connected an additional transit – Fusix – 10G and also upgraded an existing one – Asimo Networks – from 10G to … 40G! Really happy with that!
